Why this guide exists

I had to navigate ADR without a map.

I am not a doctor. I cannot tell you what surgery is right for you, and I will never pretend your experience will mirror mine. What I can share is the path I had to find on my own, so you do not have to find it the hard way.

The full story

From first symptom to a disc replacement in Cologne.

[PLACEHOLDER — opening of the story. The diagnosis, the pain, the moment it became clear something had to change. To be written from the founder interview.]

[PLACEHOLDER — the research period. Fusion versus ADR, vetting surgeons across countries, working out the real costs, deciding to travel to Germany.]

[PLACEHOLDER — the surgery and recovery. What the first days were like, what normal came to look like, and why the journey needed a map.]

[PLACEHOLDER pull-quote — the one line that captures why this guide exists.]
